Risk Assessments

We want to to have a safe and enjoyable stay at Hadlow Field whether in The Cottage or on our camping fields.

To help you we have set out the Conditions of Use Policies and Risk Assessments for the principal activities on site and the use of the site itself.  Before you visit us please take the time to familiarise yourself with these documents.

You will still need to complete your own risk assessment covering the visit and the activities your members will be taking part in.  For Girlguiding Leaders please download a copy of the GGUK Risk Assessment form from the GGUK webpage.

For Girlguiding members please ensure you have completed the necessary Parental / Guardian Consent Forms, Residential Notification Forms and informed your local Commissioners of your visit and the activities to be undertaken.

For Girlguiding Leaders if you need any help or assistant in planning you activity visit or residential stay at Hadlow please speak to your local Commissioner and / or our Camp Adviser / Residential Adviser.

Leaders in Girlguiding should be familiar with the information on GGUK webpage, ‘What to do in an emergency’. Where you can find copies of the Emergency File, Accident Notification Form, Accident Witness Statement Forms, a list of key contacts and lots of other helpful information.
