Campsite & Activity Centre
Hadlow is fully open and accepting bookings for day users, evening use, camping and stays in the Cottage with Orchard Shelter.
For everyones enjoyment we limit the number of groups on site at any one time and to help avoid congestion in the car park we may ask groups to adopt staggered arrival or departure times dependant on how busy the site is. We may need to adjust this dependant on the sizes of groups.
We ask that all evening users be off site by 9.45pm.

Please ensure you have read our Site Rules document and that you and your group / unit are able to fully comply with them before you book. Everyone who uses the site is expected to adhere to our site rules, regrettably if your group breaches our site rules we will consider asking you to leave.
Please submit your booking form and deposit (if required) as per the instructions on the booking form. We do not take any booking requests without an accompanying booking form.
For bookings that require the payment of a deposit – The Cottage & Orchard Shelter or weekend use of a campsite, please ensure you provide your deposit at the time of booking. We will not reserve accommodation or a campsite for your unit / group until your deposit is received.
Our new site fee’s apply to any booking received after 6th November 2023.
We have a variety hireable equipment onsite that units can book to use these include Bushcraft Equipment (Flint Fire Lighting Kit, Honey Stones & Bush Cookers, Kelly Kettle); Dutch Oven Set; Hammocks & Tarps; Den Building, Games Store Access; or Mountain Bikes.
